Brandon Frasier plays a father that is on a mission to save both of his children's lives, his daughter and his son. When they were both born with a rare genetic disorder that leaves them helpless within a few year and shortly after that leave them dead. There is no cure for the disease that these two children have but today they are both 12 and 11 years old due to the research that their father heads up. This movie is based on a true story of two children and a father that quits his job to journey on his mission to help save his kids. There are no punches pulled in this movie it has all the dramatic elements of a true story film as well as the tear jerker moments. You are set on a roller coaster ride wondering what will happen next and will they find a cure for these two kids during the movie, but you cannot forget that this is really happening as you are watching the movie.
Keri Russell, Tom Vaughan, and Harrison Ford also star in this film as key people and do well at their rows. Harrison Ford plays the part of the real life scientist doctor that is working day and night trying to come up with the cure for the kids' disease. He endures hardships of money before Brandon's character comes along then he comes out swinging at the disease when the two form the foundation for the kids disease and raise 500,000 dollars for the lab research. The characters do an outstanding job at making you sense what it must really be like in their rows, there is a lot of sadness in the children's eyes and even they know how to make you feel what they are dealing with.
