Valentine's Day (2010)A Love Story. More or Less.
An all star cast of Taylor Lautner, Topher Grace, Emma Roberts, Ashton Kutcher, Jamie Foxx, Patrick Dempsey, Anne Hathaway, Garry Marshall, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Taylor Swift, Bradley Cooper, Julia Roberts. This is a romantic comedy about Valentine's Day as it comes around every year and what some people will do to celebrate or hate it. The film does a really good job at portraying the different sides of the day and the different ways in which people will celebrate or not. The laughing never stops in this film except for those moments of romance and love which there is not a lack of. In the movie you are shown the different ways in which love can be confusing and complicated but at the end of the day it is still a day about love and romance.
There are scenes of people getting proposed to on Valentine's Day and scenes where people are planning their sexual encounters that evening. Then there are scenes where some people are shown really hating the day and what they will do to make everyone else around them feel the same way. Because they picked such a great director for this film, they picked the director of the movie "Pretty Woman" you are not left with much of anything to the imagination. You are shown up close and personal the stars portrayed lives in this film aside from the other stars. This is a great movie to go and see on the actual day and take along your lover and partner as well. Garry Marshall does a real good job in this movie showing you what each all star cast member goes through on the romantic day whether it is a good day for them in the film or a bad one.
